Topeka Police are investigating a pair of car jackings that happened within 45 minutes of each other Tuesday night.
One of those was around 7:30pm in the parking lot of the Fairfield Inn, off Wanamaker at 1530 SW Westport.
Police say two black men wearing blue scarves hit a man in the head and took his rental car - a gold Toyota Sienna. The man refused medical treatment.
At the scene, police recovered a silver Honda Odessy that had been carjacked from the Century Plaza Apartments, 2200 block SE 28th, a few minutes before 7pm Tuesday.
The description of the suspects in the apartment carjacking matches that of the suspects from the Fairfield Inn.
The incidents come on the heels of a carjacking Monday night outside The Pizza Parlor, 1919 NE Seward. The suspects there are described as two Hispanic men wearing bandanas over their faces.
Anyone with information on any of the incidents should call Crimestoppers at 785-234-0007.
