The Shawnee County District Attorneys office filed charges against a man accused of dragging a woman under a vehicle late Wednesday night.
Topeka Police were called around 11:15 pm Wednesday to the 3400 block of Southeast Indiana. A woman there had serious injuries to her head, arms and legs.
The woman told police she got into an argument with 32-year old Nathan Hartzell and Hartzell intentionally dragged her under the front bumper of the vehicle he was driving.
Hartzell was arrested. He's charged with aggravated battery with the intent to commit great bodily harm and domestic battery.
