Former Day Care Provider Appealing Conviction

A former day care provider is appealing her conviction for the death of an infant in her care.

Michelle Bolze-Sann was sentenced to 32 months in prison for involuntary manslaughter and aggravated child endangerment.

Six-month old Zachary Typer died in July 2007 when he slipped between a mattress and footboard at her daycare.

A docket hearing is set for February 5th.
