BOSTON (WIBW) -- Boston Police reported Wednesday morning three additional suspects have been taken into custody in connection with the marathon bombing case.
The department made the announcement via Twitter at 10:07 a.m. A following tweet said there is no threat to the public.
They posted: "Aside from the aforementioned, there is no additional info to release at this time. Additional details will be provided when they become available. No info available at this time relative to a press conference."
The Associated Press reports officials say two of the arrested are friends of one of the suspects from UMass-Dartmouth.
