Charges have been filed against the mother of an 11-year-old girl killed in a car wreck in May.
31-year-old Michelle Dodds is charges with involuntary manslaughter while driving drunk, and driving at an unsafe speed for conditions.
Dodd's daughter, Cheyenne Morrissey, was killed when the car Dodds was driving lost control going over railroad tracks on North Lyman Road. The car flipped several times before hitting the side of a house.
