OSAGE, Kan. - A trial date of November 4th was set Tuesday for a man charged with causing an accident that claimed the life of his girlfriend.
Justin Spencer is charged in Osage County with Involuntary Manslaughter and a DUI.
The accident five months ago killed his girlfriend, Jessica Alford.
Osage County prosecutor Brandon Jones said Spencer's blood alcohol level was .12, taken a couple hours after the accident. That's .04 percent above the legal limit.
