Trial Date Set for Two Accused in Topeka Murder

Two of four men charged with a Topeka murder will go to jury trial in September.

Corky Williams, Drake Kettler and Kelvin Phillips shared a preliminary hearing Wednesday for the murder of James Dyer, Junior on August 10th of last year. All three are charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and criminal possession of a firearm.

Kettler and Williams are scheduled for jury trial September 8th. No further information was available on Phillips' case.

Antonio Armstrong also faces charges related to the murder. He has a docket hearing Monday.
