Opening Arguments Set in Death of Teen Hunter

)pening arguments will begin Tuesday morning in the trial of the man accused of killing an 18-year-old Emporia State University student.

A Lyon County jury was chosen Monday to hear the case against 57-year-old Theron Thomas Kent.

Kent pleaded not guilty to shooting and killing Beau Arndt. Arndt was hunting with friends when he was shot. They were lying in a field waiting for geese after putting decoys near by.

Kent's trial is expected to last all week.
