A Topeka attorney faces charges of public intoxication, vandalism and disorderly conduct.
41-year-old Bryan Smith of Cavanaugh, Smith and Lemon was arrested Sunday at the Memphis airport. The police report says Smith was taken into custody for his own safety. While he was being transported, he laid down and kicked out the windows of the emergency vehicle.
He is listed as a medical malpractice lawyer. Smith had no comment on the incident when reached by 13 News Monday afternoon.
