TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized in Topeka Tuesday following a two month long investigation by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
Kansas Bureau of Investigation agents served a search warrant at 1512 SW Polk around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, for narcotics violations uncovered during an investigation by the KBI, Kansas Department of Corrections, and U.S. Probation and Pretrial Service.
Three of five people found in the home were arrested. The other two were questioned and released by authorities.
KBI released the following about each suspect Wednesday:
Ronald Charles, DOB 08-12-1977 of 1322 SW Fillmore, Topeka, was arrested at the residence for Sale of Crack Cocaine, Use of a Telephonic Device for Narcotics Transactions, Endangering a Child, Tax Warrant Violation, Kansas Department of Corrections Parole Violation, and US Probation Violation.
Evelyn Johnson, DOB 02-11-1952 of 1512 SW Polk, Topeka, was arrested for a Shawnee County Warrant, Sale of Crack Cocaine, and Endangering a Child.
Gerren Love, DOB 08-08-1977, of 3150 Rowland
