Authorities are charging a 13-year old boy in last weekend's shooting death of a man in Kansas City. The D.A. in Wyandotte County announced Friday that Antwuan D. Taylor of Kansas City, Kansas will be tried on first-degree murder charges, as well as criminal possession of a firearm. Taylor had been charged originally as a juvenile, but the prosecutor's office is filing a motion to have Taylor tried as an adult.
