Two men injured in a shooting involving off-duty Topeka Police officers have hired an attorney.
Pedro Irigonegaray will represent them.
The shooting happened early the morning of March 18th. Police had been called to the 7400 block of SW 25th Street twice earlier in the night on noise complaints. The third call reported a 27-year old man and an 18-year man injured.
Irigonegaray says a lot of work needs to be done to determine what happened that night. He says he has received no indication his clients will face any charges.
Four officers are on administrative leave while the Shawnee County Sheriff's Office conducts a criminal investigation.
