Two men will be sentenced this summer for stealing food from the Tyson foods warehouse in Olathe.
Humberto Gallardo and Osie Cobbs each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property.
Both men were Tyson employees in 2004 and 2005. The U.S. Attorney's office says they'd planned to load whole pallets of food products into semi-tractor trucks and sell them across state lines.
Gallardo is set for sentencing June 16th. Cobbs will be sentenced June 23rd.
Each of them faces a maximum five years in prison and a fine up to $250,000.
