Officials are trying to figure out who broke into the Valley Falls K-thru-8 school building Monday night.

According to superintendent David Grove, school staff are now taking inventory to figure out what was taken. Grove says it looks like it may have been kids but the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is investigating.

Teachers were asked to write down the differences between how they left their classrooms Monday and what they looked like Tuesday.
