A Jackson County meth lab has been busted.
The county sheriff's office K-9 alerted to drugs in Jason Dean Hetherington's car Sunday, Jan. 6.
Officers uncovered seven grams of Methamphetamine and 148 grams of Marijuana in Hetherington's vehicle, which led to a search warrant of Hetherington's house in Delia.
Sheriff's deputies found firearms and a Clandestine Meth Lab less than 1,000 feet from the Delia school.
Hetherington now faces 13 felony drug charges and three misdemeanor charges which include Manufacturing Methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to sell and weapons violations.
