Two teens were arrested Thursday after trying to rob a cab driver Wednesday night.
Topeka Police responded to a call in the 1300 block of SW Western at about 8:40 p.m.
A 38-year-old cab driver told them two males in his cab tried to rob him. One of the subjects demanded money from the cab driver and indicated he had a weapon.
The suspects did not get any money and no one was injured. The two males ran from the area.
Officers found Christopher Kerley, 19, Topeka, and Wade A. Cremer, 19, Topeka in the area and took them into custody.
Both were booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections, each on a charge of robbery.
