Teen Makes Plea Deal in Murder Case, Reduces Charge

Terrell Hayes-Osby, 17, has made a plea deal, which reduced his second-degree homicide charge.

He made the plea in court Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of Trever Harness, 21, in July of 2006.

Hayes-Osby was injured in a second shooting 12 hours later that left a friend of his dead. Antwan Peppers is on trial for that murder.

Hayes-Osby will testify in that murder trial, which starts March 3.
