Osage Woman to Make Plea in Theft Case

The Osage City woman charged with stealing from an Osage disability services company, has made a plea agreement in the theft case.

Mary Holloway, 52, has been facing 12 theft charges in connection with the Resource Center for Independent Living.

The thefts of a reported $34,000 allegedly took place between May of 2004 and November of 2005.

13 News has now learned Holloway will make a plea before District Court Judge Phillip Frahmie on December 18.
