Topeka fire crews responded early Tuesday morning to a fire near 12th and Southeast Monroe. Crews were called just before 3 a.m. to what was referred to as a "fully engulfed" structure fire. 13 News crews on scene report that the structure appeared to be a home. Click for Full Story
