You won't find many 11-year olds much nicer than Deion. He's sweet, responsible, and very polite.
Like most boys his age, he likes to play PlayStation. He spends a lot of time on sports games because he wants to be a basketball player when he grows up. When he's not at the controls, he likes to play with friends and go to movies.
Deion also enjoys school. He says he likes math because it's a challenge. He says he earns A's and B's.
He also earned points with us because of his attitude. He says he always tries to do what he's supposed to do. He says if you ever want to have a good job, you have to take responsibility to get stuff done on time and do it right.
Now, Deion needs someone to take responsibility for him and adopt him. He says he wants someone who's nice and someone who will help him with basketball. He says being adopted would be "very special."
For more information about Deion, or any of the other children in need of adoption, call Kansas Children's Service League at 877-530-5275. You can also log onto their website at www.cominghomekansas.org.
