TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – State health officials announced two more H1N1 deaths in Kansas.
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment reported a 35-year-old woman from North East Kansas, and a 44-year-old man from the Kansas City area, both had confirmed cases of the virus.
KDHE officials said the woman did not have any underlying health conditions, but the man did, which they said put him at greater risk for complications.
Now, 21 people have died from the H1N1 Virus in Kansas.
