In honor of March Madness, our Wednesday's Child is a big basketball fan. 12-year old Mike loves to shoot hoops. He says it's a good sport. But he also likes to rides bikes, play video games, and help around the house.
As for school, Mike says he likes the social part the best. He enjoys lunch and the time he spends talking to his friends. But the person he'd really like to talk with is a parent. He wants someone who will listen to him, provide for him, and take him places. Mike says he'd treat them with respect. That's his game plan for getting respect in return. Now, Mike just needs a team to recruit him and give him a home of his very own.
