Topeka (WIBW) - Before the H1N1 vaccine arrives, local health agencies are turning their attention to protecting the public from the seasonal flu.
The Shawnee County Health Agency will be offering seasonal flu shots to the public Thursday. Their flu shot clinic will be held from 9 am to 2 pm at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library.
All seasonal flu shots will be $25 each. The agency reminds you to bring your insurance card.
Two more public flu shot clinics are planned for next week:
1:30 to 7 pm, Thursday, Sept. 24
Seaman High School, 4850 NW Rochester Rd.
10 am to 2 pm, Friday, Sept. 25
Shawnee Co. Courthouse, 200 SE 7th St.
