(WIBW) - Kansas health officials revealed a few more details Thursday about a child whose death was linked to the H1N1 virus.
KDHE announced the death of the six-year old from southeast Kansas Wednesday.
They say the child had been suffering from a number of other chronic medical conditions that increased the risk of complications. They would not say exactly what those conditions were.
KDHE says people with chronic medical conditions including asthma, diabetes or heart disease are at high risk of complications from the H1N1 virus.
