There's something special about each of our Wednesday's Children, including this week's child named Elora.
Elora is 10-years-old and in the third grade, but she reads on the eighth grade level. She's in the gifted program and says she enjoys doing projects.
Something else Elora enjoys is playing on the computer. She also likes to go places, do "girl stuff," and eat at restaurants. She's hoping to do all of that with a forever family. Elora's hoping that adoptive family also celebrates Christmas. She says she doesn't want to miss the holiday, because it's a time to get presents and spend time with family. Maybe she'll have a new, permanent family by this coming Christmas!
For more information about Elora, or any of the other kids in need of adoption, call Kansas Children's Service League at 877-530-5275. You can also check-out their website at www.cominghomekansas.org.
