Dad Chases Nude Boy From Daughter's Room With Pipe

(AP) An angry Deltona father whacked his teenage daughter's boyfriend with a metal pipe after finding the boy naked in his daughter's room. Authorities say the father, 45, didn't even know his daughter had a boyfriend or that the youngster had been sneaking into the home for more than a year.
When he heard noises coming from his daughter's bedroom Thursday morning and saw a stranger standing naked on the girl's bed, he swung a metal pipe. He then chased the teen out the front door and called police.
The boy was taken to the hospital where doctors closed a head wound with staples.
The father was charged with aggravated battery on a child and bonded out on $10,000.

This Dad could have killed that young man and for what? Sex with his daughter? Thats taking it wayyyy too far, that man could have easily just called the cops and let them surprise the kids in the bedroom. Statuatory rape IS still against the law and both teens would have been charged. What a crock of applesauce...I'm glad the guy was charged with assault.
Yeah, I agree with "Concerned". The "little girl" in this story was just as responsible or even moreso. If that's my son, should I go after her with a pipe.
I found more info on this on the interenet. Both teens were 15, the man found the boy in bed with his daughter and he jumped out of bed. He didn't find him standing on the bed, or on the bed, he was in the bed. He knew no one was attacking his daughter. He went and got the metal pipe first after he heard noises at 4am coming from his daughters room. Now what type of noises do you suppose he heard?
