Authorities say the Overbrook Police Department tried to stop 28-year old Jeremy Long around 8pm Wednesday. He led them on a brief chase and rolled his vehicle in the area of 165th and Ratner Road, southwest of Overbrook.
Authorities say Long briefly struggled with an officer then fled on foot. Law enforcement searched the area until just before 11 pm Wednesday without success.
However, Osage County Sheriff's deputies found Long Thursday morning at his home in Carbondale.
He is being held at the Osage County Jail pending formal charges.
