Court Dates Set For Riley County Murder Suspect
A preliminary hearing is set for Luis Aguirre who's charged with killing a woman and her young son.

Manhattan (WIBW) - Court dates are set for the man accused of killing a woman and her young child in Riley County.
22-year old Luis Aguirre is charged with capital murder in the deaths of 18-year old Tanya Maldonado and her 15-month old son, Juan.
Authorities say the two were killed sometime around September 19th and buried in a shallow grave near Ogden. A hunter found their bodies October 25th.
Aguirre will be in court March 1st for a motions hearing. A two-day preliminary hearing begins the following day.
