(WIBW) - The Attorney General expects to upgrade charges against the suspect in Saturday's Osage County killings, now that the fourth person shot has passed away.
The AG's office says 89-year old Dorothy Wight died Tuesday afternoon.
Three others who were shot died Saturday. They were Karen Kahler and her teenaged daughters, Emily and Lauren.
Karen Kahler's estranged husband and the girls' father, James Kraig Kahler is being held on $10 million bond for three counts of capital murder.
The AG's office says it expects to amend the complaint in light of Wight's death. They expect to dismiss a count of attempted murder and add a fourth capital murder count. They say the amended complaint should be filed by the end of the week.
