Man Headed To Prison For Re-entering U.S.
46-year old Raudel Medrano-Estrada, who has lived in the Dodge City, Kan., area for much of the past 15 years, pleaded guilty Sept. 14 to re-entry after deportation subsequent to conviction for an aggravated felony.

(WIBW) - A Mexican national who has been deported from the United States at least five previous times was sentenced Wednesday to eight years in federal prison for unlawful re-entry, U. S. Attorney Lanny Welch announced.
46-year old Raudel Medrano-Estrada, who has lived in the Dodge City, Kan., area for much of the past 15 years, pleaded guilty Sept. 14 to re-entry after deportation subsequent to conviction for an aggravated felony. Among his criminal convictions are sale of cocaine and methamphetamine in Ford County, Kan.
Welch commended the Dodge City Police Department, the Ford County Sheriff’s Department, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Assistant U.S. Attorney Brent Anderson for their work on the case.
