Arraignment Delayed For Abduction Suspect
KNZA Radio says 21-year-old Roy Hernandez of Odessa will be arraigned in Brown County Nov. 25th. He faces two misdemeanor charges of contributing to a child's misconduct and driving with a suspended license.

(WIBW/KNZA) - A court appearance was rescheduled for a Texas man accused of abducting a Kansas teen.
KNZA Radio says 21-year-old Roy Hernandez of Odessa will be arraigned in Brown County Nov. 25th. He faces two misdemeanor charges of contributing to a child's misconduct and driving with a suspended license.
Tara Simhiser went missing from her Marion County home on Oct. 20th. An Amber Alert was issued on the 21st and the pair was found in Hiawatha on the 22nd. A bank teller recognized them when they came to the business.
