Second Man Charged In Cockfighting Case
Douglas County Attorney Charles Branson filed a felony charge of unlawful conduct of cockfighting Wednesday against 40-year old Jose Guerrero of Eudora.

Douglas County (WIBW) - A second person now faces charges stemming from a raid of a suspected cockfighting operation.
Douglas County Attorney Charles Branson filed a felony charge of unlawful conduct of cockfighting Wednesday against 40-year old Jose Guerrero of Eudora.
Similar charges were filed Tuesday against Ezequiel Olivas.
Both were arrested Tuesday following a raid on a property south of Eudora, where 169 birds were seized.
The pair are believed to be the first charged under a new law making cockfighting a felony.
