Douglas County (WIBW) - A second person now faces charges stemming from a raid of a suspected cockfighting operation.
Douglas County Attorney Charles Branson filed a felony charge of unlawful conduct of cockfighting Wednesday against 40-year old Jose Guerrero of Eudora.
Similar charges were filed Tuesday against Ezequiel Olivas.
