Accused Killer Returning To Kansas
Authorities say 22-year old Luis Aguirre, accused of killing a mother and child, has waived extradition from Texas, where he was arrested last Friday.

Manhattan (WIBW) - The man accused of killing a mother and child and burying their bodies in a Riley County field is headed back to Kansas.
Authorities say 22-year old Luis Aguirre has waived extradition from Texas, where he was arrested last Friday.
Aguirre is accused of killing 18-year old Carmen Maldanado and her 15-month old son, Luis. A hunter discovered their remains October 25th in a field near Ogden.
Authorities expect to move Aguirre to Riley County in the next few days.
