Remains Found Near Ogden Were Woman, Child
Authorities say the remains are of an adult female, and a small, male child, possibly around age three. An autopsy is being done to determine how long the bodies were there and how they died.

OGDEN, Kan. (WIBW)_ Riley County authorities now say the remains of two people were found in a field were that of a woman and child.
A hunter discovered the remains Sunday evening, partially buried in a shallow grave near the 6300 block of S. 32nd St., just northeast of Ogden.
They say the remains are of an adult female, and a small, male child, possibly around age three. An autopsy is being done to determine how long the bodies were there and how they died.
They are asking anyone who might have information on a missing woman and child to call Riley County CrimeStoppers at 785-539-7777.
