A race crime at a home in Waterville last year has resulted in the parents who hosted the party being charged with the unlawful hosting of minors consuming alcohol.
The Marysville Advocate reports Rick and Lynn Endsley hosted the May 2007 gathering where alcohol was allegedly served to minors.
Their son, David, and two other men are charged in an attack on a black high school student. Prosecutors say they tied the victim to a chair and spray painted his arms while making racial slurs.
Isaac Clark was sentenced to probation in federal court for his role in the incident. Endsley and Andrew Ralph of Concordia are awaiting sentencing.

If theses men were seniors in high school then they are more than likely 18 years old. They should be responsible for their own actions. Anyone old enough to fight for our country is old enough to take responsibility for their own actions.
I agree what happened was wrong but its not the parents, they were seniors in high school grown adults themselves when the boys did what they did.
Live it to narrow minded redneck Kansans to propigate another generation of idiots are us.
