REPORT: K-State center Reid Najvar to miss senior season

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- Kansas State starting center Reid Najvar is expected to forego his senior year and become a graduate assistant on the staff, according to Heartland College Sports.

Najvar is missing the season because of injuries related to concussions, according to GoPowerCat.

Najvar started all 13 games last season and earned Honorable Mention All-Big 12 honors.

He was named to the watch list for the Rimington Trophy, the award given to the best center in the country.
