Hayden, Seaman, and Shawnee Heights advance to state

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Hayden, Seaman, and Shawnee Heights were just some of the area teams to punch their tickets to state on Tuesday.

Baseball
-The Holton Wildcats beat Bishop Ware 6-1 to advance to state.
-Rock Creek beat Clay Center 13-5 to win their regional.
-The Hayden Wildcats beat Abilene 8-0 to get into the state tournament.
-Seaman beat Lansing 7-3 to get their 14th straight regional title.
-Shawnee Heights beat Leavenworth 3-0 to win their regional.

Softball
-In a rematch in the War on 24, Rossville beat Silver Lake 12-3 to get to state.
-Perry-Lecompton beat Oskaloosa 8-3 to win their regional.
-Marysville beat Nemaha Central 4-0 to win their regional.
-Wamego beat McPherson 8-2 to win their regional.
-Shawnee Heights beat Topeka West 18-2 to get to 21-0 and into the state tournament.
-Seaman beat Lansing 7-6 to continue defending their 5A state title.
