Two former University of Kansas guards were drafted in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft on Thursday.

Devonte Graham was the first off the board, drafted 34th overall to the Atlanta Hawks. The Charlotte Hornets then acquired the draft rights to Grahan from Atlanta in exchange for two future second-round picks.

Graham is the fourth Jayhawk to be drafted as the 34th pick overall, joining Frank Mason in 2017 (Sacramento Kings), Mario Chalmers in 2008 (Minnesota Timberwolves) and Kevin Pritchard in 1990 (Golden State Warriors).

Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk was selected 12 picks later at 46th overall to the Los Angeles Lakers, becoming the fifth Jayhawk to be drafted by the franchise.
