1 package (11 oz.) butterscotch chips
¾ cup soy nut butter
5 cups rice crisp cereal
DirectionsPut the bag of butterscotch chips and the soy nut butter in a large glass bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes to melt. Stir and mix together thoroughly.
If not completely melted, continue to microwave at 15 second intervals until melted and stirred smooth.
Add the rice crisp cereal into your mixture and mix until completed coated.
Put into 9x13-inch pan and spread evenly.
Put into refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow treats to firm up.
Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
