Mex-Layered Bean Dip




Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) black soybeans, rinsed and mashed
1 cup soy sour cream
1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup black olives, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup green onions, chopped

Directions

Spread layer of mashed soybeans on serving plate. Blend taco seasoning mix and soy sour cream; spread on mashed beans. Continue layering with Cheddar cheese, black olives, tomatoes and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
