Charlene Patton's Apple Cider Snack Mix



Ingredients

8 cups popped popcorn
2 cups corn snacks
2 cups corn chips
2 cup pretzels
½ cup roasted and salted soy nuts
½ cup dried cranberries
5 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons apple cider
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons apple pie spice

Directions

Combine in large bowl, popcorn, corn snacks, corn chips, pretzels, soy nuts and cranberries. Combine in small bowl margarine, apple cider, brown sugar and apple pie spice. Pour mixture over popcorn mixture and toss lightly. Place mixture in parchment covered 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake at 275 o F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool. Makes 15 cups/servings
