MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - For a long time, Jenny Baxa - now Jenny Bollman - has dreamed of a day like Saturday.
As bride and groom stepped out of the church door - Jenny's eyes lit up the second she saw thick snowflakes falling down.
Only a few minutes before - it looked like the weather was going to stick to rain.
Her brother Dane Baxa was worried, "We weren't quite sure if we were gonna make it happen."
Jenny met her now husband Joseph in California. She always wanted a winter wonderland wedding - but they had to book the church in April. They weren't expecting snow.
"I had just looked at the forecast and thought, 'You know what, this could be one of those moments that a real miracle happens,'" said Baxa.
As the new husband and wife stepped down the church steps and into a vintage red pickup with a 'just married' sign on the back, they couldn't hold in their excitement.
"It was the most magical moment of our life. I couldn't believe it, it was just so special. The say that rain is good luck on your wedding day but I can't imagine what snow will bring."
