Two motorcyclists injured in Kansas Turnpike crash

HAYSVILLE, Kan. (KWCH) -- Two people were injured Sunday afternoon in a multi-vehicle accident near Haysville.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says a passenger car and three motorcycles were involved in a crash near I-35 mile marker 36 southbound just south of Haysville.

Emergency crews transported two motorcyclists to the hospital with non-life threatening injures.

The turnpike was shut down for about an hour as crews worked to clean up.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
