TOPEKA (WIBW) -- We salute Topeka High Senior Angel Lang this week, after all her work in organizing and arranging the Chain Reaction Mental Awareness event, March 31st in the Topeka High Cafeteria.

The special night focused on raising awareness of mental health issues, helping the people who are affected by it, to find the right resources..

Last Thursday night was also about providing people with a positive and hopeful atmosphere, including music from her friends in the band "Pegasi."

13 News joins in congratulating Angel Lang for a job well done in caring for a big and mostly unrecognized part of Topeka's population. Happy Graduation next month, Angel!
