MILWAUKEE (WIBW) -- The Milwaukee Brewers reportedly signed former Kansas City Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain on Thursday, according to ESPN's Jerry Crasnick.

According to Crasnick, Cain has agreed on a 5-year $80 million deal with the Brewers.

Cain started off his career in Milwaukee in 2010, before coming to Kansas City in 2011 and helping the Royals win a World Series in 2015.

Cain was the ALCS MVP for his efforts in helping the Royals sweep the Baltimore Orioles in 2014.

In 2017, Cain hit 15 home runs and batted .300 to go with 49 RBIs.
