Report: Chiefs to trade Marcus Peters to Rams

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WIBW) -- The Kansas City Chiefs are planning to trade Marcus Peters to the Los Angeles Rams, according to multiple reports.

The deal was first reported by Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Peters was a first round pick (18th) by the Chiefs in 2015.

In three seasons with KC, Peters has 19 interceptions, five forced fumbles, 130 tackles, and three touchdowns.

Peters was named the 2015 AFC Rookie of the Year after recording eight interceptions to lead the NFL.
