TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - If you have been in the mood for Greek food lately, we have good news for you!

Popular Florida-based Mediterranean restaurant Gyroville is set to open its first location in the U.S. outside of its home state next month.

The restaurant will be located at the Villa West Shopping Center in the building previously occupied by Gas 4 Less.

Gyroville offers a modern spin on traditional Greek recipes. Its healthy Mediterranean menu has become a customer hit in Florida, earning Gyroville the best falafel of 2016 by New Times Broward-Palm Beach. With its build-your-own model, guests can customize their pita, salad or rice bowl to be as healthy as they wish. The fast-casual restaurant reportedly works in a similar way to Subway, but with Mediterranean wraps and gyros instead!

The first Gyroville opened in January 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today, there are eight locations in Florida. They also have another location in Quito, Ecuador!
