TOPEKA (WIBW)--- A plea deal has been reached for the man accused in a March triple homicide in north Topeka.
Joseph Krahn is charged with three first degree murder charges in the deaths of Nichole Fisher, Mathew Leavitt and Luke Davis.
If the judge accepts the plea deal during his court hearing Friday, Krahn will be sentenced November 17th.
Three other men will stand trial in the north Topeka homicide.
Bryan Flowers, Joseph Lowry and Shane Mays.
A fifth person, Kora Liles is charged with two counts of 1st Degree Murder, two counts of aggravated kidnapping, and two counts of aggravated assault.
A sixth suspect, Codi Cunningham received a suspended sentence for obstructing apprehension and interference.
Authorities found Davis, Fisher, and Leavitt dead March 12th, inside a home in the 100 block of NW Grant.
