TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Manhattan and Junction City residents heading to Saturday's big "Victory Fest" will be able to hitch a ride to the event for free.

The City of Manhattan says their free shuttle will run from the north parking lot of Cico Park to Marshall Army Airfield, and back from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Junction City is also providing a free shuttle service. Their shuttle starts at 10 a.m. and will loop every hour from the Hampton Inn, Courtyard and then the Quality Inn on East Chestnut.

This year's Victory Fest is celebrating the Big Red One's 100th anniversary. To celebrate, big names such as the Eli Young Band, All American Rejects and The Charlie Daniels Band will perform.

There is also a car show, activities for children and a fireworks show planned.

The event is open to the public and tickets are still on sale.
