KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV/WIBW) - Royals fans may have seen the team's first back-to-back wins of the season over the weekend - but, there's one thing they didn't see: KayCee running over to score another "W."

The Kansas City Royals confirmed to KCTV5 KayCee, whose real name is Dave Webster - isn't with the team anymore. In a statement to the CBS-affiliate, the Royals said:

"We had a great run with KayCee and the W, but as we’ve come into the 50th Season of Royals baseball, we’ve decided to focus on the tradition of Sluggerrr’s post-game celebration."

His post-game celebration, which has been capping games since 2014, included rushing over after that third out and another Royals win to hand the "W" on the side of the Royals' Hall of Fame.

Admittedly, he hasn't made much of an appearance this season, with the team only tallying three home wins as of Monday.

The Facebook page and Twitter account for KayCee have been removed as well.
